Neighborhood Property Management was originally run under the name of Lee Madairy CPA. The CPA firm has been in business for over 30 years. In May of 1997, I joined the firm with the intent of forming a property management division that specialized in management of Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, and rental properties.. Prior to my joining Lee Madairy's firm, I was the controller for a large, local Property Management Company. We handled over 100 properties with a balanced mix of condominium associations, homeowners associations, and rental properties. With Lee Madairy's strong accounting background and my background in property management, we feel that we can provide a unique service to all of our clients.

We are members of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and as managers; we continue our education through the courses offered by CAI and through many training programs and seminars offered by our industry. Whenever possible, we invite our Board members to attend courses which will enable them to better serve their community.
